Shipping policy

Order before midday on a working day and we aim to dispatch the same day. Everything else goes out within 2 working days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a bank holiday are treated as arriving on the next working day.

From 1 October, standard delivery is £4.99 and express delivery is £6.99, with free standard delivery on orders over £25.

Rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary and we cannot guarantee them.

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and we cannot predict them.

Some countries restrict the import of honey and other food products. Please check your own country’s rules before ordering. We cannot refund orders seized or destroyed at a border.

If your parcel does not arrive

If your tracking has not updated and you are concerned, email info@shekoni.co.uk with your order number. We will chase the courier and, where a parcel is confirmed lost, replace or refund your order.

We can only ship to the address given at checkout. Please check it before you pay. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been collected.
